Assistance in building Toilets
Sanitation has been one of the major problems faced by the people in rural India. The villages lack the basic sanitary systems including the toilets. We have already taken up the awareness program and the importance of the sanitary system is impressed upon the villagers through informal gatherings , Aarogyadoot etc. We provide the necessary training to the villagers about the construction and maintenance of these toilets. After one such program, 9 families have availed this facility during the last year. When the basic sanitary facilities are in place, the surrounding automatically remains clean.
