Most women encounter unease while dealing with any official work,be it bank or any government office. Due to growing insurgency everyone has to be well updated, and especially when we are aiming for women empowerment. Women should be made capable of handling all its work independent.Making them familiar with the routine official functioning and process had helped many women. Orientation and training is organized on Exposure to Banking Procedure, Interaction of Government office such as Rationing office, Electricity Department and other as required.
